Who We Are

J.J. LACEBAL CONSTRUCTION started as a single proprietorship, organized and registered on March 18, 1992 by Engr. Juan J. Lacebal, Jr. He decided to formally incorporate J.J. LACEBAL CONSTRUCTION and was thereby registered at the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION under a new name, J.J. LACEBAL CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, OPC. The Certificate of Incorporation was duly approved by the Commission on August 9, 2017. It aims to actively participate in nation building and venture to involve with the private and local government projects as a result of the country’s bid to create an economic climate conducive for foreign and local investment, and projects meant to secure economic development. Being in the construction industry for a long time, the company is financially capable, with enough equipment and manpower experts in its own field, in addition to the reliable and dependable management experience of the owner himself.

J.J. Lacebal, confidently inspired by its technical staff, which is an aggregate of practical minds and characteristics of the youth, is a decisive and innovative construction manager with outstanding massive construction projects in the U.S Military Bases for over a decade, strongly hopes to win its marketing objective with support from resources of its own and its allies.

J. J. LACEBAL CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, OPC, a Philippine Construction Accreditation Board (PCAB)licensed contractor, is a Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority accredited contractor with just completed ROAD RE-BLOCKING PROJECT at SBDMC, Inc., ROOF REPLACEMENT AND INTERIOR RENOVATION at Grainpro Phils, Inc., PIPELINE REPLACEMENTS along SBFZ and City of Olongapo from SUBICWATER & SEWERAGE CO. INC. also DISTRIBUTION LINE PROJECT ALONG IRAM RESETTLEMENT AREA, NEW CABALAN OLONGAPO CITY, THREE-STOREY BUILDING at Guadanoville Subdivision in Caloocan City; ROAD PROJECTS at Subic Gateway Park, Subic Bay Development and Management Corporation, Inc.(SBDMC,Inc.), Subic; CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF WAREHOUSE BUILDING at Grainpro Phils., Inc., Subic Bay Development and Management Corporation, Inc. Subic; an ELECTRICAL PROJECT at NICERA, Philippines, Subic Techno Park; WATER PIPE LINE& SEWER FORCE MAIN PROJECTS at SUBIC WATER & SEWERAGE SYSTEM, INC. at Subic, Olongapo City.

J. J. LACEBAL CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, OPC is also an accredited contractor/sub-contractor of AYALA GROUP of companies and have completed various projects such as underground electrical and telephone systems, underground water and sewer systems, access roads, and other related civil works projects at Anvaya Cove, Morong, Bataan. Other next projects are now in the design stage, a 3-STOREY commercial building and a 2-STOREY residential both in Olongapo City.
